Politics:power and its politicians.
Politics serve power.and so since we all serve power we are all politicians. One reason power is so appealing is because it rewards, it is always power that gets you what you want. Indeed power rewards those who serve it with prestige which can be summed up as benefit relevant to you. It gives you a network, a network gives you resources, resources give you influence, and it's a primal need to want to rule. Society is after all organised around thrones, which necessitates rulers as the crowns on various thrones. But politics is one of the three basic forms of conflict, the other two being war and negotiation, and so politics tends towards competition and ocassionaly violence. This violence is more effective when psychological than physical, for politics is not war. The difference matters, for it marks the effective politician from the hooligan.
You require alot of depth to be an effective politician, ability to understand your specific political environment and it's rivalries and alliances, how to play different factions against each other to ultimately benefit your interests, to know your strengths and weaknesses, and the value of patience, but also striking fast when opportune moment arises. Then you must never isolate yourself, as that cuts you from the benefit of a network and makes you vulnerable, a crowd is your shield. If others try to shape an image for you, break it don't accept what is not your own creation. Don't accept leadership unless you feel worthy of it based on ability.Even animals in the wild choose a leader by a criteria that legitimizes their authority. The authority is you rule by right, the law is your strength. It means if you rule, it must be because you are the rightful ruler, and you must defend that. For instance when it comes to your personal life, you are the only right ruler, even if influenced by others you must exercise some degree of independence structural even if not functional for you to still be complete. Indeed even a slave is merely compelled to act, meaning the decision is ultimately there's, just coerced. Religion also doesn't take away this individual independence, in any case it reinforces it, that's why the doctrine of free will is so prominent. Governments however sometimes try to eliminate this independence, for it inspires rebellion to harsh rule, but all through history that attempt has always failed, because it's structurally impossible to eliminate it fully from the conscience of individuals as long as they can tell they differ from each other in material ways. This will always be so. It's what's called the rule of 1,which to paraphrase means the individual is the basic unit of society. It compliments the other rule called the rule of 2,which means two can be a community. It means two individuals even of the same species are so different that they qualify to be considered a community. Unity is by similarities, but cooperation is by differences. If you consider this statement you will realise that is why a community is really a group of societies, and societies individuals.
The ruling system called the throne system has three categories of thrones. The highest are management thrones followed by custodial thrones followed lastly by nobility thrones. Each of the thrones has two crowns, the lesser crown and the greater crown. The lesser crown in all three is that of king, while for the lower 2,the greater crown is that of emperor, and for the higher 3rd, management thrones the greater crowns is that of lord of the dominion. The throne system requires an article or even a book to expound on, so forgive me for not giving much in this article which is on politics in general, but the reason I highlight it is because it's the most foundational framework for politics. In other words, politics is directed, not by an individual at the top, that would be impractical, but by a system that is so effective all comply with it, because it's the natural system. The authority of the system is the rule of 1,but requires the rule of 2 to apply. Think of a bad habit you would like to stop, then think of that habit as a king. Let's assume the habit is taking a particular drug. The throne could simply be that you like to get a high, meaning quiting a particular drug could simply lead to you starting to abuse another, perhaps worse. But once you have viewed it as a king you assume the position of emperor. The emperor position is the position of divinity, so God starts to work through you to bring the habit under control. To kill the habit completely however you need the help of a naht lord, so you assume the position of lord of the dominion, the moment you are certain of your desire. And so you kill the habit over time, because the authority is still the rule of 1 by which the Lord of dominion works through you. What happened initially by recognising the habit as a king is that you caused it to have more power that control in the kingdom, you label it a tyrant that needs to be brought under control and you move to do so. The throne itself can also be eliminated, as part of the process in the throne system called mantainance of thrones. I presently am doing a book on the throne system, and will soon be out. The individual example here with modifications applies in other contexts.
Now politics constitutes a worship mode also, meaning it's one of the 718 ways of spirituality by which you experience reality.A types of governments are the religions, like monarchy, democracy communism to name just a few while the political parties in them are the churches. Since a political party is any alliance of a group for a common cause, formal or informal, even a kings court has political parties.Indeed this is part of why its impossible to leave God out of your life as I pointed out in fortunes letter of introduction because as you realise now you having been a member of many political parties in your life, and politics is a worship mode, one of 718 ways to worship God.For like I have said before in the cited article, you worship God in many ways. That's why we are all politicians, because we all serve power.I would like to know your view on this,so consider leaving a comment or using one of the links below to engage more with me.Your support is highly appreciated.
